Cons of Waking up in the middle of the night

Waking up feeling tired can be caused by a plethora of factors, which does have to be on a case-by-case basis. But what wakes you up in the middle of the night can differ between individuals, such as waking up to use the bathroom, sweating, or from light can impact your sleep and then, in turn, have a negative impact on how you might function the next day. You sure will sleep well the next night after a bad night of sleep! This will cause you and your partner to wake up feeling tired.

How do I sleep better tonight?

Starting tonight, sleeping better ASAP can happen. Start by staying out of your bedroom, and associate your bedroom with only sleep and sex. And keeping the electronics out of the bedroom, more so a TV than your cellphone in case you do need it. But, avoiding electronics before bed will only benefit you, specifically since light will ruin your mood for going to bed.

Getting yourself as tired is another factor, such as exercising or moving a lot throughout your day. Getting outside is key, exposing yourself to sunlight and/or doing something active outside will impact you for the better! Waking up feeling tired will tear your life down slowly, and weeks/months can go by without even dreaming! Dreaming is a good sign that you are in fact, getting decent at least, sleep. If you are a guy, waking up with morning wood is also a great sign. So when it comes to waking up feeling tired, start using these steps to help build your habits and better sleep!

Why do I feel tired all the time?

Because you are not sleeping well enough or eating enough. Simple as that. Energy comes from food, and you eat more when you do not sleep well. So it starts with sleep still. Taking the habits that you can build in the prior paragraph will substantially help this feeling of tiredness throughout your day.
